Yogyakarta, 8 February 2012 - Melia Hotel Melia Purosani as a part of Melia Hotels International held Appreciation Night on 3 February 2012, with the theme "Dari Jogja Untuk Indonesia" & "Dari Melia Untuk Anda". This ceremony held in Amarta Ballroom is an annual event as a gratitude for the cooperation and support from business partners and loyal customers. The event was attended by more than 100 VIP invitations from BAPARDA, tourism associations such as PHRI; ASITA and JCJHA also the leaders of the travel agency and other companies located in the city of Yogyakarta.

The Appreciation Night which took place on February 3, which then enlightened by a series of talent that has achievement, both National and International, they are; Analisa Widyaningrum - as host of the Ambassadors of the National Language; Tomy Wahyudi - a young designer from Yogyakarta by brand House of Tomy is widely known in Indonesia featuring a fashion show; Jogja Hip Hop Foundation - with the song "Yogyakarta Special" has traveled the world to bring them the name of Yogyakarta which is also the brand ambassador of the Intel Processor. The event was also celebrated with an exhibition of paintings from the artist Joko Pekik, Nasirun and some young artists of Jogja such as Agus Yaksa; Robet Kan; Yuli True; Mintorogo; and Maxilar. Also welcomed the guests are Angklung Krido Laras Malioboro - street musicians in Malioboro.
