Travel in order to find stalls Pecel Wader Mbah Warno ('Mbah', Javanese for Grandma) a very pleasant, leading to the mountain Sempu, where stalls are Mbah Warno, we passed one of the historic sites in Yogyakarta, namely Madukismo sugar factory.

Stall Mbah Warno located right on the streets of Mount Sempu.  Only by relying 5x1 meters shop name banner, sometimes we missed to see Mbah Warno stall. By a simple Java building that measuring approximately 10x20 meters, stalls Grandma Warno has started her business since 35 years ago.

The equipment and interior in the Mbah Warno stall was very simple, all just based on function, just for stall needs. Dining table filled with 4 chairs, jug that named 'kendhi' in Java, and brazier for cook the food.

The main menu in Mbah Warno stall is pecel with a variety of side dishes. Starting from dry fried catfish and eel, tofu bacem, eel pecel (eel coconut milk spiced with chili), until the fried noodles. That menu is served with warm rice, vegetables and pecel spices. You can directly dining without having wait too long. The menu price in Mbah Warno stall is quite cheap. Only Rp.15.000 you can feel Wader, eel, and catfish and other traditional side dish, with pecel sauce and fresh vegetables.

Stall Mbah Warno has been standing around over 30 years, when the Bantul region still tend to be very quiet for the visit, Mbah Warno already started this business. With the family business system, many local people who buy food at the stall Mbah Warno and till now no longer just Mbah Warno stall citizens, but many visitors from other region and outside Jogja who tried sensation Wader Mbah Warno eel.

Behind the table where lay his wares, there is a kitchen that always contain some smoldering brazier. An unintended actual position, because the kitchen in the concept of Java is usually located in the rear. Mbah Warno put the kitchen in the front stalls after the earthquake in May 2006 that ruined his house. ''Do not have money to build a new kitchen'', she said.

One of the most exciting thing that is when you eat at this stall is a conversation with Mbah Warno 95 years old but can still serve and have some joke with visitors.
