One of the distinctive character of Javanese noodles, which also can be found in Pak Pele Noodle; noodles cooked on a brazier of charcoal fuel. In Pele's Noodle pack, there are some chefs who cook orders simultaneously, and once cooked for only one portion.

You can order noodles with brutu (chicken arse) as additional, it will give more savory taste. While waiting for our order , enjoy a glass of wedang ronde (a kind of mixtures drink based on ginger).
