Gudeg is one of the typical foods of Jogja. It's not complete without enjoying gudeg when we are visiting Jogja. One of gudeg that is already known by tourists is Gudeg Yu Djum In the Java language Yu means that is a call to their older sister and Djum is the name of the owner.
We can find this Gudeg Yu Djum at Wijilan Street. This place is famous as gudeg center. It is located in the eastern Kraton and only takes about 10 minutes from the city center to arrive at this place. Arriving at this Gudeg Yu Djum we will be greeted with typical acoustic music Jogja which will also accompany us when to eat in that place.
Gudeg is already chopped young jackfruit. Shredded young jackfruit is then boiled for approximately 24 hours with a mixture of Javanese sugar and other seasonings such as onion, garlic and salt. If more than it already is not good for eating. We can get gudeg Kendhil with a minimum purchase of Rp 75,000.
